Day 3 - So, it's late.

Yeah, I didn't get time to blog yesterday. Full on day all through shepparton. Great lunch from the rotary club at selman brothers orchards. Great bunch of people. I got the chance to speak to some of the police prosecutors from vantatu. Their insight into not so much a lack of food, but a lack of healthcare and education can have a huge negative effect on a population.
He also had something to say on the issue of climate change and rising water levels. Entire communities have had to be relocated to save themselves.

After that, the uniting church opened their doors to us, and we were introduced to the "cutting edge" program. They do alot of work with disadvantaged youth, and ethnic groups. It was really nice to hear some of their stories.

Best bit. For the day, we got something like 1000 more names on the act. We're on about 35000 names so far. With 40000 we can pass it as an act in parliament. If you haun't signed it, do it.

I am fangin out for a cheeseburger!

Also, I realised I haun't yet mentioned the awesome reach guys with us. Reach are a fantastic youth empowerment group. Big shout out to milky, tay and rea. Good session last night.
